I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, feel and change. That curiosity led me to complete a degree in psychology before training as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. Over the past three decades I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people from across Norfolk and Suffolk move past difficulties that once held them back. As a member of the International Association for Evidence‑Based Psychotherapy, I combine hypnotherapy with practical therapeutic techniques that are grounded in science as well as experience.
