Just recently we’ve been enjoying some lovely warmer and brighter days bringing with it the promise of Spring just around the corner.  This type of change in the weather can sometimes have the effect of ones thoughts focusing on considering personal development challenges and positive change or goal setting and this is something that I thought I’d focus my articles on over the next few weeks at least.  My intention is to cover subjects including Weight Loss, Overcoming Anxiety or Depression and generally removing any barriers preventing you from really enjoying life and in taking responsibility and control for your successes.
