There are parking spaces just in front of both clinics and the main entrance is easily found at the front of each building.  The Norfolk and Suffolk clinics accommodate therapists from many different disciplines, all of whom are qualified, insured and professionally regulated. 

There is a reception, comfortable waiting area and toilet facilities.  There may be times during the day when a receptionist is not available to welcome you, if this is the case when you arrive then please feel free to take a seat, help yourself to some chilled water and enjoy the various magazines and other literature until Ruth comes to find you.  If a receptionist is attending the desk you only need to let hem know your appointment is with Ruth.  

People arriving at the clinic for the first time often comment on the friendly and informal yet professional atmosphere. Certainly, any worries you might hold about visiting a hypnotherapist are soon dispelled once you meet Ruth.  Her manner is relaxed, she has a very calming effect and you will very soon feel at ease.  

You can be assured that all sessions, including any free initial consultation, are conducted in total confidence.
