Suggestion therapy is a short period of hypnotherapy treatment, usually requiring only one session, designed to produce a behavioural change in the person by addressing their symptoms.
Any post-hypnotic suggestions are carefully thought out and designed to induce a positive change in the individual according to their requirements.
