If your child has a fear, like fear of spiders or fear of dogs, low self esteem or lack of confidence, extreme shyness or do they seem a bit worried for no apparent reason? Maybe they have a school phobia. Do they have OCD or symptoms of ADHD – poor attention or hyperactivity.

l see children between the ages of approximately 7-17 years of age  - please note that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian and those adults will be asked to join in with the therapy

The 'Blowaway' technique

This type of hypnotherapy is specially designed for children to help them over come there fears, phobias, anxiety, eating disorders, aggression, and worries. The therapy is used to resolve the issues that are holding the child back in their development, and their enjoyment of life. The therapy will help them to become the best person they can be in an entirely safe and confidential environment.  It is not necessary for either you or your child to explain or understand the reasons behind the childs unwanted behaviour or feelings.

The 'blowaway' technique is a very gentle form of hypnotherapy the child is asked to take a deep breath and asked just blow away any bottled up emotions or feeling they have this will relieve their anxiety and stress.

The therapy will end with some positive suggestions for the future.
